Early Years visit to Duxford!
PKC- Transport

This week, our Early Years children enjoyed a wonderful visit to Duxford Air Museum in Cambridgeshire. They got to witness a Spitfire taking-off, boarded a Concorde that once travelled at 1500mph, and enjoyed sketching historical aircraft from the past.
Over the next two weeks, we will be exploring how helicopters and airplanes fly, and have a go at designing how the aircraft of the future might look. So far, we have thought about cars that turn into helicopters, planes with three wings (a tri-plane), and aircraft that are powered by giant balloons!
